Bio
I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Dakota Ridge students to help them to meet their potential and prepare for the future. Before becoming a school counselor, I taught high school English for seven years and has also coached girls' basketball and track & field.
When I'm not at DRHS, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Abe, our kids, Avery and AJ, and our yellow lab, Finley. Although my home state of Iowa has it's own beauty, I am in constant awe of the mountains of Colorado, and enjoy getting outside all year round including sponsoring the DRHS Women's Hiking Club.
