ChaKotaBine is coming soon! This year we are unable to have a three school dance like the past. In place of a dance we will have a philanthropic Socks and Toiletries Drive with items being donated going to the Jeffco Action Center. We are asking Chatfield's, Dakota's, and Columbine's feeder elementary schools to donate socks, middle schools to donate toiletries, and the high schools to donate both items. Our drive will be held from March 1st through March 6th. There will be donation bins around the school and in the front office.
Open this document to access the flyer for the school-wide google classroom announcements. Announcements will be specific for each grade level.
For Chromebook issues please use these trouble shooting steps to solve most problems. Students should call the district helpline for additional support at 303-982-3438 or bring their Chromebooks to the library between 7:00-3:00 Monday - Thursday. Contact Mrs. Luster via email at: robin.luster@jeffco.k12.co.us for additional information on Chromebook issues.
Beginning April 1st, the District will be providing families with the ability to monitor and control their student’s internet and app activity on district devices at home using the free SecurlyHome app. While Jeffco Public Schools uses a Palo Alto firewall to monitor and filter activity and content for students when they are in school, Securly manages the filtering for school-issued devices when they are away from school.
The app should be available on March 16. Then, beginning on April 1, families will be able to block websites. For more information, use the links below.
